Refund policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or, we can replace what you bought with another product . The colour of fabrics as depicted online cannot be guaranteed by Al Nami Trading LLC due to variances beyond our control such as computer monitor settings. In the unlikely event that we have sent you the wrong fabric or you find that your fabric is faulty, we will replace the fabric at no charge and on all other cases return charges will be bared by the customer. All claims on faulty items must be made within 7 days of purchase & proof of purchase must
be provided.

You acknowledge that you shall not be entitled to, and shall not claim, a refund other than by strict compliance with our clauses.

• Returns can be made within 7 days of delivering of the product in its right condition and unopened in the UAE.

• The item(s) is faulty, damaged or defective at the time of delivery, the received product(s) differed from the original order then the delivery cost will be borne by us and for any other returns the delivery charges will be borne by the customer.

• There is no refund, we can replace what you bought with another product. You acknowledge and agree that any request by you for cancellation of the "site" or Al Nami Trading LLC shall be subject to the sole discretion and approval of Al Nami Trading LLC management. Should Al Nami Trading LLC agree to the cancellation, you shall be charged a cancellation fee of twenty-five percent (25%) of the Investment Sum for the Al Nami Trading LLC that you have enrolled in. Cancellations are only allowed up to 5 calendar days from the date you purchased. For the avoidance of doubt, we shall not refund any sums to you as a result of your late arrival to, attendance of or withdrawal from, the Al Nami Trading LLC.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at alnamitrd@hotmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
